Cancellation Policy

At Anayurveda, we process orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery. Customers are advised to review their orders carefully before confirming purchase.

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

Orders may be canceled only before dispatch from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
After shipment, requests will be governed strictly under our Return & Replacement Policy.

2. Cancellation Timeframe

Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after placing the order.
Orders that have entered packaging, processing, or dispatch stages are not eligible for cancellation.

3. How to Request Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation request, customers must email us with the following details:

4. Approval & Refund Process

Cancellation is subject to verification of order status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method only.
Refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days from approval.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be canceled:

Orders already dispatched
Bulk or special promotional orders
Customized or combo packs (if applicable)
Orders placed during limited-time campaigns once processed

6. Important Clarification

Anayurveda reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that do not comply with the above conditions. The company’s decision regarding cancellation eligibility shall be final.
