At Anayurveda, we adhere to strict quality control and hygiene standards for all Ayurvedic and wellness products. Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited and governed by the terms below.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product received is physically damaged during transit, or
The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item shipped).
No other reasons qualify for return.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product ordered by the customer
Minor packaging variations
Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Return requests must be initiated within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after 7 days will be automatically rejected.
To qualify for return:
The product must be unused and unopened.
The original seal must remain intact.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with invoice.
Strict Policy:
Once a product is opened, unsealed, or used, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable due to safety and hygiene regulations applicable to health supplements.
To process any return or refund request, customers must provide:
Order Number
Clear unboxing video (showing package opening from start)
Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product
Claims without proper evidence may be rejected.

Approval is granted only after reviewing submitted evidence.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If a return request is approved:
Customers may receive either:
A replacement of the same product, or
A refund to the original payment method, at Anayurveda’s discretion.
Refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days from approval.
The final credit timeline depends on the bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Payment gateway charges may be deducted if they are non-recoverable from the payment processor.
If the return is approved due to damage or wrong shipment, instructions will be provided.
Products must not be sent back without written confirmation.
Unauthorized shipments will not be accepted or refunded.
Anayurveda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage. The company reserves the right to reject claims that do not comply with this policy.
Anayurveda reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the website shall be binding.
